1月16日下午，2012年度中关村十大系列评选榜单发布会在中关村会议中心举行。中国国际公共关系协会常务副会长郑砚农揭晓了2012中关村十大海归新星的榜单，设计总监朱冰获得此项殊荣。

中关村十大系列评选活动本年度已是第四届，目前已成为中关村最重要的公益性品牌活动之一，受到了社会各界的广泛关注。评选活动自2012年8月15日启动，经过四个多月的紧张评选，历经项目征集、专家初评、网络公示、专家复审等环节。坚持创新性、引领性、示范性相结合的原则，遵循专家评议与公众参与相结合的原则，坚持公开、公平、公正的原则，最终确定了评选榜单。

On the afternoon of January 16, press conference for Zhongguancun top 10 series lists was held at Zhongguancun Convention Center. Mr. Zheng Yannong, Executive Vice-president of China International Public Relations Association, unveiled the top 10 new stars who once studied abroad. Zhu Bing, Design Director, was one of the stars.

Zhongguancun top 10 series selection events have been successfully held for four sessions and have become one of the most important public welfare brand events of Zhongguancun, arousing wide attention from all circles of the society. The fourth event was launched on August 15th, 2012. Based on the principles of combining creativity, guidance, with demonstration, combining experts’ assessment with public participation, openness, fairness and justice, the final lists were confirmed after four-month selection which included steps such as project collection, experts’ preliminary assessment, online publicity and experts’ review.
