2013年9月12日，北京市专家服务团走进石龙经济开发区进行对接活动。设计总监朱冰、市场总监戴毅应邀出席此次活动，出席活动的还有北京市委组织部专家联谊会办公室副处级调研员张从发、办公室干部张慧，门头沟区委组织部副部长丁章春，门头沟区委石龙工委副书记高增龙以及石龙管委会规划建设部相关工作人员。

设计总监朱冰对门头沟园的战略规划提出以下几点建议：1、门头沟园区产业定位战略规划一定要契合中关村整体发展的方向，充分体现科技创新及文化创意。2、园区企业多、覆盖面广，但缺少整合，需要形成产业链、产业集群或产业联盟。3、发挥产业联盟的作用，树立园区自己的自主品牌并以此求得政府更多的政策扶持。

On September 12, 2013, Beijing expert service group went to Shilong development zone for docking activity. Zhu Bing, Design Director, and Dai Yi, Marketing Director, were invited to attend the activity, which were also attended by Zhang Congfa (Researcher, Expert Sodality Office, Organization Department of CPC Beijing Committee), Zhang Hui (Cadre of Office), Ding Zhangchun (Vice Minister, Organization Department, CPC Mentougou District), Gao Zenglong (Deputy Secretary of Shilong Working Committee), and relevant staff from planning department of Shilong.

Zhu Bing put forward the following suggestions for the strategic planning of Mentougou District: a. the industry orientation should correspond to the overall development of Zhongguancun and reflect technological innovation and cultural creativity; b. there are various enterprises which lack integration and need to form industrial chain, industrial cluster or industrial alliance; c. the roles of industrial alliance should be played and self-owned brand should be built to ask for more policy support from governments.
