2010年3月20日，《人民日报海外版》刊发了对设计总监朱冰的采访。“即使是今年3月8日我也没有休息，因为有很多工作要做。”曾在哈佛大学读书，现为都市意匠城镇规划设计（北京）中心创建人的朱冰笑着说。谈到自己的工作目标，朱冰说：“在职场上，我告诉自己要做一个合格的‘职场人’。我是做设计的，在设计作品中是没有‘男女之分’的。”作为拥有高学历的女海归，她对自己的要求较高。“对于我而言，家庭是事业的基础，二者缺一不可。”朱冰说，“我当初回国也是考虑了家庭和事业两方面。身为女性，要生育子女，照顾家庭，确实分出了非常多的精力。在这种条件下，我们更应该不断完善和提升，用一种积极的心态去面对挑战。”

When it came to work goals, Zhu Bing told us “when I work, I tell myself to be a qualified work person. When we are doing design work, there are no differences between male and female. ” As a female overseas returnee with high degree, she is very strict with herself. “As for me, family is the base of career. We need to have both.” Said Zhu Bing, “Before I came back, I had reflected on both family and career and made my choice. As a female, I need to raise children and take care of my family, which requires much energy. Under such conditions, it is necessary for us to better ourselves and face challenges with a positive attitude.”
